4Cats is FDM F.lli Mazzola's brand for snowcat passenger cabins. For thirty years we have designed, welded and tested — in Bergamo, Italy — snow groomer cabins that carry guests, staff and equipment to alpine refuges: lightweight, certified, and configured one at a time around your vehicle and use case.

We were born in 1996 from a family intuition: build a passenger cabin light enough not to overload the PistenBully, strong enough to survive −30 °C and the vibrations of a tracked vehicle climbing a slope. The first delivery arrived under snowfall at Club Moritzino — sixteen people, under 800 kg.
Thirty years later, with EN 15085 CL1 railway-grade welding certification applied to snowcat work, we build cabins for alpine refuges, high-altitude hotels, ski resorts and mountain rescue teams across Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland and France — and on request we ship to Scandinavia and North America. EN AW-5754 aluminium frame, acoustic insulation ≤ 62 dB(A) in operation, stable microclimate between −30 °C and +40 °C: every cabin leaves Bergamo with a technical file traced joint by joint.

4Cats cabins work every day at Club Moritzino in Alta Badia, on the Grostè for Boch in Madonna di Campiglio, at Piz Seteur in Val Gardena, at Sunny Valley Resort in Santa Caterina Valfurva, on Montebello above Foppolo.
Every installation starts from the refuge operator's needs and from the vehicle the cabin will be mounted on — PistenBully 300, Kässbohrer, Prinoth — because a cabin that does not talk to the vehicle is a cabin that breaks.
